How it works?
You can register with an account and start using the system.
Although the app is simple to use, it still requires some understanding to have the initial setup right for you. We recommend you contact us to book a demo session. However if you don't have time or you would like to figure it out yourself, you can get started without our input. We have detailed documentation in the Help section of the app for your reference.

What industry can the app be used?
The app can be used by job agents, health care providers, hospitals, trades, factories, warehouses, restaurants, and any work places requires shift management or timesheets.

Can I just use the timesheet function without shift management?
Yes you can just use the app for timesheet functions only. Staff can manually update timesheet without a shift, and optionally scan and attach a signed paper timesheet.

Do we need to download and install an app on our mobile phones?
No you don't need to. The staff adoption rate is much higher without forcing them to download a native app. With the smart technology design, our app is purely web browser based. The web based app has the same functionalities provided by a native mobile app such as GPS tracking, signatures, push notifications etc.

What happens if a staff forgot to clock in or clock out of a shift?
Shift Clock In is optional, however a Clock Out is mandatory. Without clocking out, a timesheet record is not created and the staff would have hours missing.
If a staff missed a clocking out, there are several remedy options:
- An administrator can clock out a shift for a staff.
- The staff can clock out a shift even when the shift has completed for some days (currently it's 30 days).
- The staff can ignore the shift clocking out, but manually upload a timesheet instead. This method is not recommended.
The app has a background job running daily to send email reminders to staff who have forgot clocking out.

How are notifications pushed to staff devices? Am I charged for the service?
The notifications are sent for free.
We use Web Push Notifications technology to send notifications to mobile phones and desktops. With this technology, messages are sent through internet, instead of mobile plan service providers, thus they are free. -
What happens if the app does not completely meet our needs but very close?
Please talk to us and we could make changes to the app so it meets your needs, without any cost from you. Sometimes the changes can be made quickly.

How is the software supported?
Currently all the support tickets are supported through email. We don't provide phone support.

Where are the app and my data stored?
The app server side engine, data and files are securely stored in the Microsoft Azure platform.
